RETURN POLICY

UE Fashions gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of the original purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee and the return shipping label is provided by us. We do not refund for any initial shipping fees. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

All items purchased from our Sale Section or during a sale period are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY, while items purchased at a discount of 50% or higher are FINAL SALE.

IMPORTANT: Friendly reminder to please make sure that all merchandise is returned including the ORIGINAL INVOICE SLIP. Before you ship a return please ensure that the items you are returning are UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND UNDAMAGED.  If the returned items are dirty, stained, washed, or damaged in any way, we will NOT process a refund, exchange, or web credit. We will simply return DAMAGED items back to you. While we would absolutely hate to do this, we also need to ensure that the returns we receive can be loved by another customer.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Due to unprecedented volume during the holidays with our shipping carriers you may experience delays in shipment by a few days. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you. Have a healthy and happy holiday and stay safe!

Shipping cut off dates to receive before 12/23:

Ground Shipping: 12/10

2-Day Shipping: 12/20

Overnight: 12/21

In order to accommodate our holiday shoppers we will be extending our return period. All orders placed between November 19th – December 25th that exceed our standard 21 day return policy will have until January 10th to be returned for an exchange or website credit. Please note that personalized items like embroidery are FINAL SALE.

 

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
